Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM AEST may be processed the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking once your order is dispatched.

We ship via Australia Post and other trusted couriers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can track your parcel directly with the carrier or through our website.

• These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
